I found that I would be using photoshop in this class. I've never worked with photoshop, so the photoshop techniques were the most interesting for me to learn. Photoshop was a slight challenge challenge for me at times. There are multiple tools and buttons. I found that Photoshop can be confusing sometimes for a beginner. When relearning the compositional techniques, I was able to refresh the my photography knowledge from my last class. When I first started taking pictures, I was taking pictures of whatever I could find that would meet the description of the required product. Now that I've gotten into digital photography more, I started to plan my photoshoots and really take into consideration on each snap that I captured. With photoshop, In the beginning, I was often unsure of what tool to use and how to use it. Now that I have used Photoshop more, I'm quit familiar with it and I have a fun time using it. Below, are some images I took in the beginning of the trimester: Below, are some images I took throughout the trimester: By the end of this class, I feel confident with the skills I learned. I learned how to use a camera, compositional techniques, and photoshop. In photoshop, I started to be able to complete photoshop assignments without much assistance. In photo taking, I gained a "visual eye" for what looks compositionally correct. I'm really glad I took this class. I learned many valuable techniques that I will continue to use whenever I take pictures in the future.
